Nafta College is a team of like-minded people, enthusiasts and entrepreneurs in the fields of mathematics, physics, chemistry, programming, and petroleum engineering, founded in 2014, who believe that knowledge sharing is the driving force of intellectual activity.

Nafta College uses modern learning technologies and makes comprehensive efforts to extend knowledge sharing to a wider industry audience through interactive online platforms, including online courses, webinars, online seminars, conferences, and discussion clubs.

Nafta College focuses on developing and improving practical skills and competencies through virtual learning and scaling knowledge sharing through the extensive use of online communication and automated learning and testing systems.

One of Nafta College's most impressive and innovative technologies is a group of interactive online simulators used for fully automated individual and group training, testing, and team building.

These simulators also make it possible to assess the effectiveness of digital assistants and software utilities that claim to be useful for data analysis and decision-making.

OUR VISION
Nafta College vision of the knowledge exchange is that it should be executed in five different formats:
  • The basic theoretical knowledge on each discipline should be exchanged and tested using the video-lessons and unsupervised online testing facilities
  • The basic practical knowledge on each discipline should be exchanged and tested using the unsupervised interaction with online simulators
  • The practical knowledge in multi-discipline workflows which requires more than one individuals should be exchanged in the form of the online or face-to-face team sessions interacting with online simulators under supervision of industry specialists
  • The exchange of advanced knowledge should be carried out through in-person discussion sessions involving experienced specialists and industry experts
  • The daily-use knowledge (both theoretical and practical) should be exchanged through the online encyclopedias
